Catch the season premiere of Hell’s Kitchen, starring celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, tonight, Jan. 7, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. You can also stream the popular cooking competition on FuboTV.
Season 19 takes viewers to Las Vegas, home of the world’s first Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen restaurant, at Caesars Palace. Sixteen aspiring chefs from around the country put their talents to the test, competing in culinary challenges for a chance to win big. The stakes get higher every week, until one contender takes the grand prize: a Head Chef position at Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Lake Tahoe at Harvey’s Hotel and Casino.
Despite the new setting, the format will be familiar to longtime fans: Chefs in the blue kitchen compete against those in the red kitchen, with increasingly difficult challenges and ongoing eliminations. Adding fresh spice to the formula are Sin City–style team rewards and punishments such as spa treatments and helicopter tours vs. scooping manure and cleaning the fountains at Caesars Palace. The season was filmed before the pandemic, so don’t expect to see social distancing or face masks.
